As part of a Graduate Consultant team, we conducted extensive market research on dairy industry applications to launch the company's product, Natur (essential oils). Our work included reaching out to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and conducting Voice of Customer (VoCs) interviews to gather valuable insights. Based on our findings, we developed a comprehensive consumer journey and proposed strategies to expand the customer base. Additionally, we designed a tailored product portfolio and innovative sales processes to address customer needs and enhance market reach

For our second consulting project with Orsini Specialty Pharmacy, we focused on developing digital marketing strategies, including SEO optimization, to enhance their online presence and competitive positioning. Through a SWOT and competitive analysis, we assessed Orsini’s market positioning and developed strategies to improve search engine visibility, optimize website content, and implement targeted digital campaigns. These efforts aimed to increase engagement and patient outreach while strengthening Orsini’s competitive advantage. This experience strengthened my skills in strategic marketing, consulting, and competitive positioning within the healthcare sector.

Consulting Project 3

During my third consulting project, I served as the Team Lead/ Liaison for a collaboration with bioMérieux, a global leader in in vitro diagnostics specializing in microbiology, immunoassays, and molecular biology. In this role, I managed cross-functional coordination by ensuring effective communication, timely deliverables updates, and facilitating consensus-building and conflict resolution when differing viewpoints arose, helping the team maintain momentum throughout the project. I also led structured team meetings, delegated tasks based on individual expertise, and held members accountable for deadlines and deliverables. The project focused on analyzing the competitive landscape of blood culture downstream diagnostics, including molecular identification (ID), antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST), and emerging rapid diagnostic tools, while also evaluating competitors’ technologies and pipeline innovations. Additionally, we conducted a market gap analysis by comparing clinically significant pathogens with those currently claimed in leading anaerobic and aerobic blood culture bottles. This helped identify diagnostic blind spots, growth challenges, and opportunities for bioMérieux to expand clinical value.
